Whether it is your first gym experience, or if you are a regular at the gym, our professional coaching team will provide you the motivation and experience to help you reach your fitness goals. We are confident that they will meet your every need, and always with a smile.

Our exercise and weight training rooms include a wide variety of Atlantis machines, free weights and cardio equipment such as Concept 2 rowers, StarTrac bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, Step mill, Jacob’s ladder  and  Stair-masters.  The exercise areas are  provided with an abundant of fenestration allowing for optimal natural sunlight. Members can exercise and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the trees and mountains that Saint Sauveur is known for.

At Gym Saint-Sauveur, members have access to our integrated clinical facility.  There you will find an Osteopath, sport massage therapist, aesthetics , Kinesiotherapistnurse and even a hair salon to help members feel and look  their best. These services are available not only to members, but also to their guests and visitors.

OUR CLASSES

20-20-20

As the name suggests this hour long class is split three 20 minute blocks each focusing on a different discipline. The first block is 20 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 minutes of strength training and finally 20 minutes of muscle toning and stretching exercises on the floor. 

Zumba

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class

Stretching

Improve the flexibility of your joints and muscles with our stretch classes. Stretching is a vital component in any fitness regime and our experienced fitness instructors will lead you through a series of stretches.

BodySculpt

A combination of traditional body sculpting methods using free weights, resistance bands and your own body! Designed to provide you with a total body workout in one short hour! Good for all levels.

Kick

Brings it on! This electric 60-minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level

Strength and Stability

Increase your overall strength and stability while doing basic strength exercises.

Abs and Glutes

Focusing purely on strengthening your abs and glutes.

Cardio-Mix/Musculation/Abdo stretch

Get ready to scorch calories and feel terrific! This 1 1/2 hour offers a variety of opportunities to improve your cardiovascular health  and muscle tone . Class ends with a stretching segment.

Pilates

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up

Yoga Stretch

Yoga stretch class is great for people who are just starting out with yoga, seniors, or anyone who is looking for a gentle stretch class. It moves through a series of poses that stretch mainly the upper body – the spine, shoulders, neck and back.

Yoga Vitality

Designed for active people who want to be strong, flexible and agile, this course is a series of repetitive postures and movements to tone the tissues, lengthen the muscles and soften the body. This course provides a sense of vitality, dynamism and well-being.

Morning Yoga

A series of postures and movements to awaken the body and soothe the mind. The postures develop strength, flexibility, stability, and balance while lengthening the spine. Morning Yoga brings prepares your body for the day.

Yoga Flow

Mixed level yoga with an emphasis on individual needs. Flow from one pose to the next in a moving meditation, enhancing the mind, body, and spirit connection.

Abs and Core

These classes are designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility. 

 

STRONG by Zumba ™

STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation. we craft and reverse engineer the songs to match every move, driving the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. 


This class will push you past your limits to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased after-burn.

A light workout designed to improve coordination, balance, muscle tone and flexibility. It contributes to a better overall posture

Strength and Resistance 

A strength conditioning class using resistance tubing.

It is a derivative of semba, with a mix of Kilapanda and Angolan Merengue, and sung generally in Portuguese. It is music with a romantic flow. It was the Kimbundu name for a dance in Angola as early as 1894.

With more than 15 years of experience in teaching Genevieve Chartrand has traveled the world to acquire her instructor certification. with her partner Wesner, they share a passion for Kizomba which is transmitted to their students.

Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises that last four minutes. It consists of eight and or four rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval.
