The exercise areas are provided with an abundant of fenestration allowing for optimal natural sunlight. Members can exercise and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the trees and mountains that Saint Sauveur is known for.
At Gym Saint-Sauveur, members have access to our integrated clinical facility. There you will find an Osteopath, sport massage therapist, aesthetics , Kinesiotherapist, nurse and even a hair salon to help members feel and look their best. As the name suggests this hour long class is split three 20 minute blocks each focusing on a different discipline. The first block is 20 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 minutes of strength training and finally 20 minutes of muscle toning and stretching exercises on the floor.
